Unlimited Future, Inc. (UFI) provides office space for new and emerging businesses. The base rent for the office space includes all cost of utilities (except telephone), photo copy service, fax service, and telephone answering service. The use of a conference room is also included in the base price of the office space. Secretarial and bookkeeping services are available, for an additional fee.
 
One of the advantages of leasing space in a business incubator is the fellowship and counseling service available from the other tenants and staff. A distinct advantage is the substantial savings associated with bundled services and the cost of buying the equipment needed to start a business. This equipment is provided by UFI.

Incubation Rates:

• $200 for large office
• $100 for small office
• $50 for day office (20 hours per month, no storage)

Includes – all utilities (except telephone), 100 copies, 10 faxes, use of conference and class rooms, wireless internet access + DSL. Furniture is also avialable.
