Loans through UFI   

The UFI Micro Loan Program can help you get the financial assistance that you need to be a competitive business. UFI has two Micro Loan Funds through the State of West Virginia available to start-up your existing small business within West Virginia. UFI also partners with other loan providers throughout the state to help our graduates gain access to start-up capital.
 
Only graduates of The Business Plan Basics training course may apply for Micro Loan Funds. The loan application package requires a comprehensive business plan including cash flow projections, market research, business organization plans and more. The Business Plan Basics course helps students to write their plans and complete the loan application process. Our success is YOUR success!
 
Requirements and Micro Loan Information

• Eligible Businesses: For-Profit business with one to ten employees, that have graduated from the BIZA$SIST Business PLan Basics course.
• Length of Loan: Up to five years
• Ineligible Uses of Loan: Purchase of land or buildings, or refinancing loans
• Amount of Loan: $500 to $15,000
• Interest Rate: Not greater than prime plus 5%
• Other Requirements: Applicants must complete the BIZA$SIST Business Plan Basics Course and have a completed business plan for the loan committee to review, and Credit counseling, if applicable.
