JANTS Contracting Inc., an abatement and demolition company, has joined the incubator program at Unlimited Future, Inc.
Owner Terry Houck started JANTS Contracting Inc. in October 2010 and is now partnered with Brian Bracey. JANTS is currently abating a four-story 100,000-square-foot 1952 building in Philippi, W.Va., which is being fully renovated.
“We chose to locate our business within the incubator for the affordable and convenient location,” Houck said in a release. “Its model of assisting and mentoring the inception stage of a new business solidified our decision to ensure our business established a strong foundation for long term success.”
Jants Contracting joins seven other business in the business incubator: Forte Staffing Company, Gartrell Insurance Co./Church Insurance Specialist, Fresh Horizons (personal and professional development training), A Heavenly Touch Massage, Recovery Garden Counseling, eve, Inc., and K&B Graphics.
