Wesley Davis of River Valley Foods!  Congratulations! Davis took home the top prize in the competition, followed by Jason Webb (UFI Graduate) with One-Stop Rentals and Teresa Compton with Compton Beauty Innovations LLC.  Other participants included Brian and Keri Fridley with Fridley’s Fruits and Dorothy Saunders (UFI Graduate) with Big Mama’s Restaurant & Sons.

Student teams or individuals competed in the competition by way of abstracts, business plans and oral presentations, which were evaluated by a panel of entrepreneurs and business professionals within the community, including Mark Chappell of Sandler Training, Jack Klim of Huntington Jet Center and Rachel Houston of Unlimited Future Inc.

Wesley won a cash award, MCTC credit scholarship and a laptop, among other items, for his plan and presentation of River Valley Foods.
