UFI was proud to present a Technical Assistance program today on Micro Greens production. Our presenter was Kip Rondy of Green Edge Gardens. Green Edge has been growing microgreens for the commercial market for 14 years. The program was funded by a collaborative grant through #WVDA specialty crop program.
